Original Artwork is non-returnable, so please make sure to request any additional photos or information before purchasing.

 

On my production pieces:

All effort is made to create and produce something you will love and covet

 but in any event that you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return it to me or an exchange or for credit or combination of both within

14 days of receiving your item.

 

*Store credit only.

No returns or exchanges on custom pieces,

or custom printed orders.

*Return Postage to be paid by customer.

Original shipping charges non-refundable.

 

*I retain the right to refuse sales or service to any party

for any reason at any time.

 

To make a return:

Please email for return authorization

before shipping item back.

Returns must be shipped in original packaging

with insurance.

Studio Lahaie  is not responsible for un-deliverable, lost, stolen, weather damaged packages and packages not picked up.
If a package is lost in the mail, it is the responsibility of the shipping carrier. Once a package leaves my hands I no longer have control over what happens to it.
